Edit: after using for 10 months I’m back to give a true review.It totally messed up my cycles, which the previous supplement maintained. It actually made me gain more than 4 lbs in weight and I haven’t changed my diet drastically. It additionally made my acne worse and I eventually felt not benefits for my PCOS. I threw it out and going back to my previous supplement. If you want to know my trusted supplements, it’s called: Optify Myo & D-chiro Inositol+ with Folate & Vitamin-D.Old review: At first I was skeptical because I was on a previous supplement for my PCOS and I was scared it would mess up my cycles again.I was glad to notice I actually got more energy from this product and my cycles are still on track.The size of the tablets are big, but I found having it with juice or coffee makes swallowing it so much easier. The result are worth the effort.

These vitamins have helped me with my stress and have reduce a bit of my stubborn chin hairs. I ran out about a month ago and figure “hey, I’ll be ok without them” but let me tell you…. I’m back on Amazon to order some more. I feel better taking them, more calmer, happier, and feel balanced out.

Helped so much! Just fair warning when you stop taking it, your lady beard comes back after a month. Lesson learned, don’t stop taking this.

I wanted to try this supplement after deciding to stop spirnalactone because of the weight gain it caused, and wanting to still treat my PCOS symposium. I had a horrible reaction. I started to feel super confused and irritated while driving after taking it and running an errand. When I got home it got worse and I was weighed down and mentally slow so I got the idea to have my boyfriend take my blood sugar. It was dangerously low. Never took it again and it never happened again. I don't have a blood sugar problem. I talked to my doctor about this and he said that was a strange reaction possibly from the chromium, and that he doesn't recommend supplements to patients in general. I'm back on spirnalactone now lol

I have been taking these supplements to support my fertility journey at my doctor's recommendation and I've been on them for about 3 months now. My only complaint is that the pills are HUGE, and a serving size is 4. So I take two in the morning with breakfast and 2 in the evening after dinner/before bed. I can't speak in detail yet on how well they're working, but hopefully I'll have a better idea after my next egg retrieval. (I don't have PCOS but am taking for overall fertility health/balancing of hormones).

This product completely threw off my cycle- I was spotting and bleeding throughout the entire month. Caused my period to be extremely heavy. Had to stop taking this to regulate my period again. Wouldn’t recommend
