I've set myself two language-related tasks for this year. One is to brush up on my long-ignored French, and the other is to learn a new language (Swedish). If you plan on learning Swedish, give this book a place on your e-reader. If you know a child who is learning either English or Swedish -- the dual language text will work both ways -- this is a wonderful gift.

Delightful pictures with so many details that will capture the interest of readers young and old. What a great idea to create a children's book that's fun in so many languages! The central character finds that her size is truly relative to the creatures in the world around her. A winner in any language! See how many ways your young reader says little or big after reading this story😍

I am so proud to pass my heritage on to my grandchildren. These little books are so sweet for them, and not only can they learn to read the english, they can learn the swedish along with it. I gave one to each one of my four grandchildren at christmas. I will be looking for more. What a great idea!

When I was studying Swedish for fun, I wanted a children's book to read to see how much I learned to figure I haven't learned enough to even be able to read a very simple children's book, what a fail

cool art, accurate translation, but no story, or phrases that the kids would use to practice while not reading, there is no connection and it is very basic. Its just a girl asking different creatures if she is small...

Lovely drawings - whimsical and charming. My four year old loves looking at the pictures. Just enough text on each page, good start to bilingual books. This is one we pick up again and again.

Bilingual picture books are a great idea, but it's hard to know how engaging the story will be when you buy it online. Our family loves this book. Not only is it helping us learn Swedish, but the sweet and simple storyline is very touching. Each age gets something different out of it. I recommend it for 0-8, depending on your language needs, although my ten-year-old thinks it's fun to hear at bedtime, too.

I'll admit I bought this for myself because I'm learning to speak Swedish and I needed to start with some VERY basics and have a bit of fun at the same time! This is an exquisite little book, the illustrations are beautiful, the language simple as you would expect for a young child's first book foray into another language. Highly recommend it.
