Dont buy for heavy use
Hdd is really slow ( add a ssd to make is smooth)Battery is good not very good (if u use it in wifi mode it lasts for 3 hours . But other than that it can go upto 5)Looks are good at this price ( display quality is bad)Tooo much heavy ( feels like 3 or 4 kg)Battery heats if u use for more than 1 hour (summer is not the time , for better usage use it during winter or in a cooler place that makes the battery good)The best part of the laptop is ..... if u use it for home purpose n rare use ..... the laptop stays really good n needy

Never ever buy this laptop. Even govt gives better ones... dell why the hell did u develop it... pls hire prior testers developers...... big flop this laptop is... making jus money to ur business and making blind goats to the users of this laptops

Got cheated I feel
I am extrmely pissed of with the warranty details as I bought this on Friday 7th July 2019. But the warranty information states will expire on October WTF. All the technical support expires in 24 days and the battery life sucks just sucks to one hour battery . The laptop is slow

Horrii product!! The HDD crashed in less than a year! Total waste of money. For anyone reading this DO NOT buy this crap!

Not a good choice.
Not a good choice. My laptop got struck many times during file transfer process. I am unable to do the partition of my hard-disk.
