I'm always hesitant to purchase OTC vitamin products as a replacement for pharmaceutical druges, but when my 91 year old mother in law was "prescribed" this product by her Urologist we went to Amazon (which they also recommended). My Mother In Law loves them and we have them set up on a regular purchase schedule as occasionally they are out of stock and have the delivery delayed. Highly recommend this vitamin. As is often said "Safe and Effective".

Ive been using these for a few months now and they do seem to help with the uti’s.They are pricey but are probably worth it. I haven't compared them to any other PAC brands as of yet.

I don't know about anyone else but for me it's important where I spend my money these days. I literally can't afford to taking chances on buying a product I need, nor continue to buy one from another company that in my opinion charges too much for a similar product. I have to research new Companies these days to make sure I know where they are sourcing their ingredients, how and where the item is produced, cost. This product really works…! Basically, I have had UTI since I have been sexually active, not every time but regularly. Last UTI I got lasted 4 months with symptoms. Horrible. I got better thanks to antibiotics but I felt like I never really came back completely. I had a lot of anxiety (which didn’t help at all!!!) I got prescribed a low dose antibiotic for intercourse by my urologist but I am not ok with being on antibiotics for the rest of my life! I’m only 30!All and all, one year later, I end up finding this OBGYN who recommended me ellura. I do my research because ellura is just so expensive !!! I end up finding this brand and thought, here goes nothing, can’t hurt anyway… I combine this with female probiotics. I take one tab daily. When I have sex, I take one dose of d-mannose, just to be sure. I have been feeling great, no low dose antibiotics. I have been feeling like my body is finally mine again. I honestly didn’t believe it would really work because I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to natural medicine. So I don’t know if this works or not, but I haven’t been feeling that great since before my long UTI !!! I really hope this will work for you too.

I have been buying Ellura for a few years. It is so expensive. I researched this product before buying. Ellura extract is from pure juice, and this product is from the entire cranberry. Ellura argues that the 36mg of PAC is best from the juice concentrate. Studies show that 36mg of PAC have shown to help prevent UTI’s.For me, this product works fine.I was thrilled with the price too. It is a fraction of the price of Ellura.I can only suggest you try this and see if it helps.
