This replacement battery was a perfect fit in my cordless phone. Seems to work well. Time will tell how well it lasts.

it doesn't last long

I’m not so sure about the longevity. It’s doing what it’s supposed to do. I will have to do a follow up review on the battery life.

Fits fine; charges fine; works fine; price is fine. Can't tell about longevity yet, but so far, so good!

Customer service is very good. The original and replacement order were unacceptable. My first order arrived promptly, one battery charged and seemed to work fine, the second did not charge. I switched them around thinking the handset was not working properly, still no charge. I complained and new batteries were sent. Same problem. Of the four batteries, one held a charge long enough, one was warm to the touch after a full day of attempting to charge and the other two simply did nothing. Three out of four were bad. I returned all of them not trusting how long the one charging battery would last.

I needed new batteries for the landline and these were perfect. They shipped quick, charged rather quickly and have been great ever since. They were easy to swap out with the old ones.

I was so happy to find this battery! I really didn't want to replace my phones since nothing was wrong with them other than the batteries needed replaced. These batteries did the trick! Now my phones are back to "good as new". YAY!
