Racold Pronto 3 3-Litre 3000-Watt Instant Water Heater (Ivory)

I have purchased this product from Amazon around two months back and I am extremely satisfied with both the product as well as the service Amazon provided.With the capability of the product in mind it has lived upto the expectations. Its too early to talk about reliability of the product now but surely about functionality I am very satisfied with the product.The product came with proper invoice bill, warranty card and user manual properly wrapped in the Box. The delivery although not lightning fast but was in time of around 1 week or so and its ok for me.In future I will surely trust amazon to buy things online and the amazing part is this product was costing the least as compared to other online sites and I nearly saved 900 Rs as compared to other sites. (Offcourse you need to compare with other sites the pricing of products before you decide one).ThanksAmit

It is a great advantage not to have to wait more than 3 minutes for hot water - and used wisely, it can keep up the hot water for a long time. It does take a little adjusting, but I bought another one and plan to stick with this kind from now on.

Its a fab gyser, initialy I was in doubt whether it will fulfill my requirements or not, but I am totaly satisfied with this, Bucket is full of hot water before you finish your brushing the teeths, for excess hot water you have to keep your tap pressure too low, I have used this gyser in whole winter, and found totally satisfactory, guys go for it if your looking gyser for ur family.Now about negative points....I felt seller should provide loose electric plug atleast..

Product exactly as described by seller and just what I needed . Delivery was prompt and tracking of order excellent. Some reviews I've read of by some others seems to be incorrect with regards to hot water flow. I've installed the heater today and noted that the water flow through both the tap as well as shower head is superb. I might go ahead and purchase a similar one for my second bathroom. One of the best instant water gyser of market. I have been using this for last six months in chandigarh where at winter temprarure falls to 4 to 5' but iit doesn't disappoint us, yes the water pressure is slow as compare with storage but still this can fill a 30 ltr bucket in 6-7minutes.in my opinion if ur planning to buy an instant one than don't think just buy with confidence and trust of quality.

Don't buy it. Either the water heater seems defective or the ratings are misleading. It says 3.3 liter. However, the amount of heated water coming out is only around 1.5 liters. I measured the amount of heated water 4-5 times using a 2 liter coke/pepsi bottle. Even before filling up the bottle it starts giving cold water. it take another 10-12 minutes for water to get heated. Even a single person cannot wash his face or have a bath with 1 or 2 liters of water. what a waste of moneyI can't return the item and am stuck with it. The item was installed after 1-2 weeks after arrival as I was on a tour, so it is outside the refund policy. Now i will have to call racold for warranty (a hassle) OR forget my money. Next time better to bur from local shop like Tata Croma and probably an American brand like A.O. Smith. Desi brand, desi performance
