**Update - replacement received in post today so can’t fault their customer service. Fingers crossed this one is ok **Like many others on here this worked fine for me for several weeks and then suddenly stopped working. No amount of cleaning, or battery changing helps. Occasionally it kicks back into life for a few seconds, only to stop again when put in contact with the skin. When it does power for more than a few seconds it’s too weak to do anything. Unfortunately I’m past my return date so nothing I can do other than warn others not to make the same mistake I did. Complete waste of money!!

I have only used it once so far. I was able to fit the AA battery in with no trouble you just have to give it a little push to get it in placing the negative end in towards the head of the remover. I found it easy to use and was painless you have to keep it moving around because I found when I left it running without moving it I could feel it pulling on my hairs. It got rid of my fluffy chin hairs and any fine hairs that I have found difficult to remove even after waxing. It is great for carrying in your hand bag for those times you look in a mirror and realise you have some hairs you have missed. I am so far very happy with the results and it will save me money by less trips to the salon.

I have hesitated in buying a facial hair remover for a couple of years, thinking that shaving is for men and causes stubbly re-growth, that it's time consuming and fiddly. What a fool I was! This little gadget is quick and easy to use, discreet, effective and very reasonably priced. I have very sensitive skin and was worried about possible irritation, - well no sign of that yet. I would highly recommend this item and wish I'd bought one years ago.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gadget. I like putting makeup on super smooth skin and I think I’ve tried every facial hair removal option there is, from hair removal creams and waxing to IPL, laser and electrolysis. I’ve tried those metal epilator coils, electronic epilator and what looks like super smooth sandpaper too. My skin is very sensitive so almost all of those methods left me with an awful rash and sore skin, and laser and IPL don’t work on fair hair anyway. I’ve never tried a little shaver though because I thought it just wouldn’t get close enough and regrowth would be too often.It took me a while to open it up and get an AA battery in (not included in box) but once I read the instructions about how to do this it was simple to do.It left my skin super smooth and I had absolutely no irritation at all. This is now going to be my go-to method for facial hair removal. If I get laser hair removal on my face again then I’ll continue to use this in between. With electrolysis or laser hair removal you can only cut the hair, you can’t pluck it out, between treatments.The shaver is very lightweight and in discreet packaging. So I keep it in my make-up travel bag as it just looks like another product and it’s so light I’ll take it anywhere.I’d recommend this product for-* sensitive skin* in between electrolyis/IPL/laser* Hair removal on-the-go* people who fake tan their face as it removes hair without affecting your skin

When it works this is a handy little device, but it’s very temperamental, after using the small brush to clean it, it doesn’t work, and you have to play with it for ages to get it to work again! I’ve only had it a few months and it’s given up alltogether now. Had I bought from a shop I would return it as faulty.
