Hi, this same issue got me for a second or so too. There are two small, black knobs at the top right and left of the pedal. The one on the left is the pedal volume. It may be turned all the way off. Turn it to the right and it should work. These are hard to tell where they are set. If it's not a volume issue and adjusting the other knobs and toggle doesn't work, it might be faulty. Hope this helps.

it says it has 30ma, so which plug amperage should i use?
