Can this fit a Cal King bed?

No. It is a throw size blanket so it's basically the size of a person, but not much larger.

I would say it is! :) I’m just under 5’7 and it’s perfect. Keep in mind though, it’s a throw, it’s not huge but it’s a perfect size! It’s not too small by any means but it’s not gonna cover you head to toe, unless you’re short.
