These are not the cheap carbon panels widely available on . These are 100% pre-preg carbon fiber that are autoclave cured at high temperature and pressure for the ultimate in strength to weight ratio. One side is glossy (with very minor surface imperfections that are unavoidable due to pre-preg autoclave process) and the other is peel ply textured for the best bonding surface. We proudly make these panels in the USA. Fibers used are 3K 2x2 Twill Hexcel AS4 and Hyosung H2550 12K. Prepreg Resin system is Solvay VTM264.
