Dangerous, internal rust on frame, awful quality.
Arrived. Excited. Then disappointed as the frame was wrapped in dirtt packaging, or so I thought. once unwrapped turned out to be bits of rusty metal, which was poorung out of the frame when I thought oh it must have been sat next to sometbing rusty, so atremoted to wash it but bits kept appearing, must be rusty as hell on the inside of tge frame. Large chunks of rusty metal came out when i shook it. Still thinking I could clean it. Gave up after rusty metal.kept coming out and ran a piece of the the frame under the tap and more and more just kept coming. Anyone doubting and thinking maybe he left someone, brought it in immediately after it arrived, and unpacked. Had all of 5 mins, havent bothered to out it together, going straight back to Amazon asap. Given the amount if rust, the strength of this item must be seriously compromised. Imaging sitting on it and having it collapse. Not worth the risk to you or others. Look elsewhere for a kneeling chair.

Not great quality
I purchased the seat in May and was originally happy with it in all, it was pretty comfy. I noticed in July that the knee pad stitching was coming away, so I opened a case and the seller contacted me direct and arranged to send out 2 new knee pads. They claimed to sit on these chairs themselves and never had an issue. So fine, i fitted the replacement. 4 weeks on and the seam is splitting again on knee pad. I am a small person, not heavy and I sit on it the same as everyone else, on my bottom and knees, so I cant see i have been unlucky in getting TWO faulty sets of knee pads. I have contacted the seller to try and find a resolution because I dont think this chair is fit for purpose when its for KNEELING on and the knee pads are so poor.

Strong and well made.
The second one I ordered as the first on never arrived. Yes, strong and definitely helps my back issues. You have to sit on it correctly. No slouchy positions, then it's good.
