Perfect for crawlspaces
Very tough and actually hard to cut unless you have a razor sharp box cutter. You can crawl on it as you work it without damaging it even when the ground is rough, irregular, rocky and cement strewn. Because it is folded over multiple times and is stiff, it can be hard to spread out in a low floor situation maneuvering around piers. It doesn't detract from the product, but be advised covering a crawlspace can be tiring especially if your not a you're not a young man anymore, crouching, crawling and rolling around.Get a couple of Tyvek suits and ware boots or you'll be covered in dirt. If you can standup, you've got it made. The 10'X200' roll is 100lbs and too heavy to deal with. Although costing more I opted for 100' rolls because they are much easier to work especially when unrolling and sliding around. I precut lengths and staged them under the house working perpendicular to the length of the house .

Works well for a slip and slide!
Purchased this item for a slip and slide. It worked very well. Just stapled a 12 foot 2x4 to both ends of the plastic. Drilled 1/2" holes in each end of both 2x4's. Fastened the 2x4's to the ground with tent stakes. (The 2x4 at the bottom was just past the edge of the bank of the lake, adjacent to our back yard.) Added a sprinkler, plastic pool tubes and baby shampoo. Both kids and adults had a blast. The 10 mil thickness is plenty heavy to use and reuse the plastic for this purpose. I do wish the plastic was more opaque than it is, though. It lets enough light through that on a hot, sunny day, it may damage your grass in only a few hours.

Works for Radon Mitigation
I laid down roofing felt first on my gravel and dirt crawl to eliminate the possibility of tears. This stuff is heavy and I believe true 10mil. As others have stated it is not clear but more of a milky white. I did notice there were some "dimples" in the material but no punctures. It was the best price I could find for my smaller crawlspace. Larger rolls are an even better value, $179 for twice the square footage I believe. As part of an active radon mitigation (sub-slab depressurization) system with fan, my radon levels were reduced from 8.0 to .50 or lower including the use of this poly sheeting. I did not notice any odor from the polyethylene sheeting. Would purchase again.

If you’re doing your crawlspace get this, not the thinner stuff!
Used for vapor barrier in my crawlspace. This is good stuff. I am so glad I chose to use this 10 mil vs. the 6 mil at local home stores. So much thicker and well worth the extra money. The 6 mil would have ripped on all of the rocks down there. This stuff is bulletproof, but still easy to cut.

Pick a freakin color would you
I bought this specifically because it said the color was white / transparent and all the reviews said it was white. I specifically wanted white and I received transparent. Too late to send it back. I wish the vendor would decide what they're going to ship so we can all stop complaining about the color. I didn't open the boxes before it was time time to use them so I'll have to use them as is which really isn't what I wanted.

Don't believe what you read.
This came and even unrolled, it was still white. This is NOT transparent. You CANNOT see through this which means by definition it's not transparent. Waste of my time and money as the company KEPT over 35.00 of my money when I returned it since it was totally useless to me. Not recommending the product or company.

Nice and thick
I lined my crawlspace with this. It was heavy enough to survive me crawling around on it, but was flexible enough to work with. I was glad for the thicker (10 mil) plastic as there were more rocks in the dirt then I realized, and the thinner stuff (big box stores) would have torn. Well worth the investment.
