My fasting blood sugar levels have dropped about 20 points in the last week. It's working very good! I was previously taking only cinnamon but switched too this blood sugar supplement because it has cinnamon and other herbs and antioxidants. Very easy to swallow and without dangerous medications and without side effects. Before starting with it my doctor saw the ingredients and he approved. I have never seen such low readings in my blood sugar. I am very impressed with the results. With this product, my fasting readings are between 95 and 105 (i have never seen that) and my post meal times are around 115-125. I did not experience side effects. I would rather take natural supplements than prescription drugs with side effects. I don't feel as tired and i also feel a difference in my appetite and cravings. I recommend this product to anyone that has high blood sugar and i will be purchasing more.

I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic earlier this year so I purchased this product in hopes of fixing my blood sugars before it was too late.I don’t check my blood sugar with regular fingernoeicks to know how my numbers have changed, but my symptoms of high blood sugar (fatigue, headaches, thirst) have greatly improved! And I love that there are so many vitamins included!

I ordered this for my type one diabetic daughter who is 16. With type one blood sugars can be all over the place. I am really into herbal supplements And know the help they provide. I read a review on this item regarding a buyer not being able to sleep well through the night due to diabetic 'dawn phenomenon' (sometimes also referred to as 'Somogyi effect') which caught my eye. I had not been sleeping through the night for months and was feeling the effects. Figuring it was way past the time I took my pre-diabetes diagnosis seriously I started watching and writing down everything I ate, how my blood sugar reacted to what I ate, what time I ate, etc. Started moving around more (less couch potato!) and changed to a different prescription which helped immensely. Started these particular tablets by taking 1 in the morning and 1 mid-evening before bedtime (hopefully allowing it to enter my system).I am so very pleased with the results all around. I've been taking this supplement for a bit now and it seems to be helping keep my blood sugar in check, and helping me feel overall fit. I find it better than any other berberine supplement. I love that is all natural, a lot of herbs and vitamins such as as mulberry and magnesium which is why I think it works better than by berberine supplement. No side effects for me. It’s working great so far and I have been using it for about 5 days now. Overall, I am happy with this product and believe that it is a better value than the others in the market, regarding price especially and with the same combination of herbs.

I'm struggling with controlling blood sugars and was looking for a natural supplement to help me control it. Using this along with reasonable changes in diet and some light exercise seems to be helping me to make some positive changes.
