Excellent hiking shoes
It's Columbia it's name proceeds it's self, yet I've never owned a pair before, so first time buyer/ user.First out of the box I noticed they're laced up and ready to wear, great feature.Right out of the box I was also concerned when I noticed the toe is narrower and not rounded. I purchased 8-Wide and they fit amazingly well. There's a TINY bit too much room but they stay on and there is no footer shifting inside the shoe. When I wear thick socks in cooler weather these will still fit perfect.Removable insoles provide good support & cushion but you could replace them if you'd want.Overall construction is excellent. I love the beige & teal color combo. The shoes are very, very light weight overall. They're as light weight as my Skechers D Lites which are super light weight shoes. I REALLY don't like heavy shoes on my feet. It's 93° out so I can't attest to warmth, but these are shoes not boots so warm socks are needed in cold weather. This is a versatile shoe to wear for hiking, or shopping. They're cute enough, and stylish so they look great on no matter what.Soles are AMAZING. They are gripping our vinyl plank floors like a pro. Great treads, so no slipping around on wet, muddy, sandy terrain.Purchased these at a discount for less $$ than a pair of sneakers, great buy for my money spent.Wipe clean with a sponge or cloth.Cons:VERY MINOR - The tongue slips around and slides into the shoe when putting them on. Columbia should have put a loop on the tongue to put your laces through so this won't happen. I'm surprised they didn't!Absolutely recommend these awesome hiking shoes!

Perfection for wide feet
My feet are wide, and I have relatively low arches. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried so many hiking shoes without luck until I found these. Did 6 miles in the mountains today with zero pain and no break in time. If you have high arches this may not be enough support for you but these are awesome. Not too heavy not too light. Good value, warm, and good support. Very happy customer!

Great for hikes!
Took these shoes to a hike during a rainier day. They’re super comfortable, not heavy, and sturdy with great traction. They’re not fully waterproof though, so if you think you’ll need to step in deep puddles these are not the shoe. They will be waterproof up to the bottom half of the shoe but if water reaches above that halfway point you will start to feel the moisture inside. Other than that though great shoe for your buck!

Best hiking shoes ever
Love the color, love the fit, love that they don’t hurt my feet! Got these for a trip with a lot of hiking and walking on unpaved paths.. my plantar fasciitis didn’t flare up one bit! No pain after wearing these shoes all day.Was debating between these and the Colombia hiking boots, these are a much better and versatile option. Super travel friendly too

Exceeded expectations!
I'll start by saying that what attracted me to these shoes was the fact that the insoles were removable. I wanted to wear these outside without placing my own insoles in them prior to give most honest review. So far yesterday, I've done nearly 10,000 steps in these shoes with stock insoles and 5,000 steps today.I'm completely shocked. Earlier this last spring I bought a pair of Sketchers with memory foam insoles. After half a day walking in them, I was in pain. I had bought the same brand of sketchers multiple times and never had those kinds of issues before. Essentially, those shoes only got used for chores time, and I'd take them off as soon as I could. I thought my feet were getting worse (and I'm sure they have) .I bought a pair of arch support insoles and found that I could walk in those shoes, so wore them all the time afterwards with no issues. By the time the shoes were 6 months old, the sole of the shoes got so bad they were detached everywhere but the heel- duck tape was my friend- but I knew i had to replace them. (I say 6 months- but over 2 months of that time I avoided using those shoes at all because of the pain they inflicted on my feet)I cannot say if these shoes will last any longer than the sketchers but what I can say is as someone who has super bad feet- these shoes without my insoles were comfortable. I was skeptical and thought to myself that I'd remove the current and put in my good insoles if this trial period was a fail- but I'll admit, these shoes are comfortable. There's not much cushion nor does there seem to be much of the arch support that my feet appear to demand- but my feet are not screaming at me. I'll probably finish out the day with the stock insoles, and tonight when I take them off for the day replace the insoles with my arch support insoles.I'm completely shocked that my feet are not screaming in pain. I do hope these last longer than 6 months- but I'm well aware I live in shoes during the day, training dogs, doing farm chores, generally hitting 15000-20000 steps in my "work" shoes alone. If these shoes hit 6 months of daily use I'll definitely buy again. I know they are from a good brand so I'm crossing my fingers.I'm pretty sure that anyone who does not have feet half as touchy as mine would never consider insoles- or maybe these just support my feet the way my feet are better than I think- unsure- I just know I would have overlooked these shoes completely had i not been expecting to put my insoles in them and was considering their comfort level out of the box.The very fact that I can still walk right now after the second half of yesterday and this morning is amazing. I definitely recommend these shoes.I bought size 9 because I know my insoles are a bit bulky and I feel as though I could have gotten away with 8.5 (my usual size). I cannot say if these are fully blister resistant- however I will say I've put alot of use into this new pair and not even close to blistering. The grip these provide help their functionality while I'm out doing chores. I believe these are a great value for money, even though I'm pretty certain I'll need to utilize my own insoles for long term proper support of my arches. As I said before- I fully intend on being these again if they are not nearly as fallen apart as my old sketchers were after 6 months of use.

I have bed feet and these shoes are AMAZING!
I have bad feet - long middle toes, bunions, and horrible plantar fasciitis. The trifecta! I'm overweight and don't hike. So why buy these shoes? I was going on a 10-day trip around Iceland and Europe and knew my tennis shoes had zero tread and would never hold up. I never broke the hiking shoes in, I just threw them in the suitcase and raced to the plane. First stop I planned for blisters and pain. NOTHING! Feet were FINE! These shoes are FANTASTIC! I walked over 20,000+ steps EVERY day for the entire trip and NO BLISTERS! They supported my plantar fasciitis and never pinched or hurt. The tread on these was amazing on slippery waterfall rocks, uneven cobblestones, mud, etc. I walked through pouring rain and my feet remained dry. They took a beating and held up wonderfully! Of all the things I bought for the trip - this was the BEST money I spent! BUY THESE HIKING SHOES - you won't be sorry!

Comfortable, light, no breaking-in required!
I put these on and they fit perfectly on my narrow feet. There was no 'break-in' period. They are light and sturdy. Columbia is a good brand.

Súper cómodos
Columbia no me desepciona es muy buena marca. Lo único a observar es que este modelo viene amplio pedi 3 y normalmente calzo del 4. El 3 se siente ligeramente flojo.

Love love it!
Not a hiker. First hike in 8 years, went to pretty tough terrain (slope, water, mud, gravel) but these shoes are amazing. Lightweight. Didn’t get blisters cos i had taped the areas that would normally get most abrasion. Water did seep in through the perforated textile parts of the shoes. All in all satisfied.
