Best seaweed. Super durable.Made gimbap, California sushi rolls, consistently durable seaweed wrap. Rolls do not break apart when I cut them into pieces.Seaweed flavor is the perfect taste, not too strong, not too mild of a taste. There is no bad aftertaste. Would buy this again...I found my favorite seaweed brand on Amazon. Before this, it was 10 sheets at the store for an expensive price tag. Have it on Amazon as subscribe and save - great find (50 sheets)!I previously purchased a different brand which gave 200 quantity, but the quality is not as good. Totally worth the price - I would hope it stays this way because this is my go to seaweed for rolls. The seaweed is not too thin. It has the right thickness so you can stuff more into the rolls without worry of the seaweed wrapper breaking. The texture is smooth on one side and rough on the other side. I put the sushi rice and filling on the rougher side so when I roll the outside has a shiny appearance - more aesthetic.Super easy to pull out the seaweed wrappers, they do not break apart when pulling out of the packaging. Love the bag it is packaged in - resealable.I have had a gimbap every day since I purchased it. The wrappers last a long time. I put it as an every 2 month subscription.

Got the 50 pack and made sushi with 5 sheets that same day. Tastes great, texture was great. No broken sheets. Will be buying again next time!

These are incredible. Not a lot of waste in the packaging because the amount of plastic is, imo, perfectly balanced with the need for keeping fresh for fairly average home use. If you were running a sushi restaurant, maybe you could do with fewer individual bags within the box.I make about 6 sushi rolls a week, and this is my all time go to unless they hike the price. I have zero complaints about the quality, actually, and the price is fair at the moment. The wraps are sturdy, the cut reasonably well, they taste excellent.

Good flavor and quality; super easy to make maki rolls! No fishy smell.I first purchased a small pack, then the 50 pack. In the small pack, I found that a number of the sheets were torn, but still usable to roll. So far, halfway through the 50 pack, there haven’t been any torn sheets. The sheets are strong and don’t get soggy from rice. I find that some of the prepared rolls tend to fall apart at the seams after a couple days in the fridge, but maybe that’s to be expected due to the moisture of fillings.I also appreciate that these are organic and clearly labeled vegan-friendly! Great product and has become a staple for our vegan household.PS. Pictured roll combo (all organic ingredients): marinated baked tofu, mango, cucumber, bell pepper, red cabbage, sesame seeds, and short-grain brown rice.

They are excellent, the way that they were packed, protected them from breaking. The bag is a ziplock type closure, and because the air was removed, they didn’t receive any damage during transit. And also the texture is better, than the smaller ones, they are too thick, but the ones from this package feels like normal sushi ones. I did some sushi rolls with canned tuna, and it was like the one that I used to buy from the convenience stores, back in Japan. I also used the San-J Tamari sauce and it was delicious, the one organic with 25% less salt. The rice that I used is Nishiki, very similar to the Japanese, and excellent for sushi. I’m not eating white rice, but the nori, seaweeds… they are great sea vegetable, and eating rice like that it’s totally different. I’m very happy that I ordered the bigger bag, the density was absolutely perfect, for rolling and eating too. Thanks Amazon for the great product and price! And the USPS for the delivery 🙏🏼

i have tried several brands of nori but so far this is my favorite. i currently use this to make homemade bugak which is so simple to make. the sheets are fresh and if you use this for gimbap, i found it doesn't split easy unlike other brands i tried. plus it's pretty affordable too.

Don't buy unless you plan to eat within complaint/refund window of 1 month. Normally i never have any issues with this seaweed but they definitely sent me a moldy batch. Had the same taste that mold smells like, and normally it doesn't have that taste. It was only 4 bucks so i didn't bother to complain and try to get refunded, but still a waste.Otherwise, the seaweed is decent seaweed, not the snacking type and firm - best for creating meals with that need to hold firm sushi shape or holding a lot of food. My favorite brand is Seasnax, it is very crispy and has salt on it and more roasted tasting, but the seaweed is not as sturdy and good for holding a lot of food like this brand. Nothing to write home about, but does the job in a pinch. Except now I don't want to risk getting moldy seaweed again.
