Works fairly well. I have figured out that you have to wait until it's really really dry before applying paint and then let the paint really really dry others it will come off. I'm using it on ceramic tiles.

Robbery at this price
This primer was highly recommended to me, but spending $52.99 plus $9.87 shipping for a mere quart of an unknown primer would be crazy when H*me Dep*t sells it for $11.97 and I don't even know it's any better than the gazillion other primers on the market that cost a fraction of what this one does. Also, since this product isn't covered by Prime, who knows how long it would take to arrive?
