The product tastes great and gives a great amount of crash free energy without the skin crawling feeling! I drink it every day before heading to the gym and it gives me the energy to smash through my workout. It mixes really well and it doesn't give the powdery taste that other pre workouts sometimes have. As an endurance athlete, I was really drawn to the increased muscle energy and strength, faster recovery and reduced stomach distress. These were key selling points for me, no one wants to go on a long bike or run after a pre workout that's going to cause stomach issues after an hour!! With this I can jump on the bike for 5 hours and not worry about having to be near a restroom!! I would definitely recommend :)

I ordered this product because I was looking for something to help during my worouts. My average workout was about 30 minuets and about 10-15 reps on the machines. After trying this product my gym time is up +45 minuets and my reps are doubled or tripled!!!! My weights were even up too!!!! I felt like Super Woman!!!!The taste is great!!! To me it tastes like pixie sticks. YUMMY!!! It started working within 5-10 minuets and lasted for HOURS! I felt like I could have picked up a car (totally kidding). But I felt boundless energy.
