Blue Quail Auto Skeet Thrower Trap with 25 Clay Stack

The only issue I had I found and fixed while testing it. The 2 screws that lock the position of the spring arm to the throwing arm were loose enough to let this alignment slip. It was breaking all the clays... Couldn't find online help but figured these should be in a straight line. After adjusting and tightening that... all was good.Had it out last weekend. Performed flawlessly throwing several hundred clays...We were quite amazed at how far it throws. It is at least a third farther than our manual champion thrower.One more thing.... These are battery only. This machine breaks 8 out of 10 clays that come off of it. Of the first box of 90 clay targets, it slung 11. We tried adjusting the load on the spring, we tried adjusting the limit switch, and nothing works. Went and got another 90 clays and was giving the benefit of the doubt that they may have been old. Same results. Except my son got a bloody nose standing 50 feet away and I was hit in the shoulder by a broken clay. It was a huge disappointment.

Hit the decocker the first time and it broke off the stop switch. Cant put more then10 Clay's in a time or they break when they drop to the arm. Had to do a lot of adjusting and tweaking to get it to work through a single stack of clays.

Some of the brushes were bent and had to be trimmed. They were breaking the skeet. We had to fix this, but then it worked great!

Wonderful for the price

Did have a problem with the first unit that bent the switch underneath but amazon stepped up and sent a new one. Put about 4 cases through it so far and it works pretty well. Breaks maybe 1 out of 20 clays and probably due to a cracked clay to begin with. I do wish the cord was longer but any extension cord plugs right up and will extend your release pedal.

It works awesome and is very well built. It may need some adjusting which is typical for any mechanical device. If you have any mechanical ability it shouldn’t be an issue. I want to get another one for doubles but for some reason they are not available at this moment.

This thrower is terrible. It broke the the plastic handle off the spring that holds the spring tension on the very first attempt to throw a pigeon. I repaired it and tried again. It broke every single pigeon I tried. I tried everything some of the other reviewers said, like loosening the spring, anchoring the thrower down, etc. None of them made any difference. Every single pigeon came out in pieces. I quickly returned the item. Props to Amazon for refunding me my money.
