I bought this to fix my mom's phone that wasn't charging consistently. After replacing the charging board with this product her phone had horizontal lines running across at the unlock screen. And it shuts off by itself after a couple minutes. I took the phone apart again to try to re seat the ribbon and wire which didn't help. I then put the original board back in and the extra problems went away. Unfortunately for me I didn't install this right away as my mom had discovered a temporary solution, and now it is too late for a refund. I cannot believe I got scammed by these people.

It functions but the charging port itself is not refurbished, i would not recommend this part for someone replacing a broken charging port, the part i received was already worn down.
