Completely dead , not working product was delivered and it looks like already used product as scratches are seen in the product. Now I am stuck with this junk product as Amazon is not taking Returns and I have only option to visit the Service centre with additional expenses. This is horrible experience. I bought this wireless mouse 11 months ago, and it just stopped working. I changed the batteries and tried everything, but it won’t connect anymore. It was good while it worked, but I expected it to last longer. Not worth the money in the long run.

After inserting the USB connector, inserting the battery into the mouse, it started working immediately without any installations or setup. It is a true plug nd play device.
