Very Elegant
Beautiful design. Real gold metal paint, so do not use in microwave. Break easily if dropped in sink while washing. I have learned to handle with care.

This product may not be safe in microwave
I tried to warm my tea for 30 secs in microwave and within 5 secs after I turned it no, there was a spark. Not sure if the product is microwavable.

Misleading information
These mugs are neither dishwasher safe nor microwave compatible. I had scoured Amazon and specifically ordered these mugs believing their product description. Very disappointed!
