Mixed review. Product seems good, well made, strong. Customer service was bad. I gave this item as a gift. By the time we got it on the gazebo frame & learned it didn't fit, it was 'too late' to return it although still brand new (30-32 days old). That REALLY sucks! Our listed "12x12 gazebo" is actually about 11'6" at the top (slightly inwardly-sloped posts), so this top looks like a circus tent or a gangster wearing pants 3x too big. Actual, real dimensions on this product would help, the frame sizes it would fit on, shade area like other many other makers show, and especially a better return policy. Be 100% sure it's gonna fir before you buy.

Perfect for a replacement canopy. My old one was brown and dull. I was happy to see I could choose colors. Easy to put on. We had rain storms and wind storms and it held up really good. No tears and no damage to the frame when hit by the storms. Great sturdy product.

Great quality and was tested this week with strong winds and rain.i built my own wood canopy to replace metal canopies bought before that just fall apart.i will post pic also.it is still under construction but nonetheless is highly recommended

Very pls with it I 12 12 got the wrong one I should of got 10 10 but it's just fine.but never got the screens
