Worst purchase ever
You have to plug it directly to the wall and it doesn't stay straight, No cord. When you turn it on, throws a smell like burnt. The remote control is trash, the kind of batteries it need are special ( I have never seen that size, i don't even know if that kind of batteries exist). You can set up a timer directly on it but it does not work.

Very Disappointing Performance
Purchased this product for my work space because it matched my requirements of a remote control, timer and speed selection. Upon receipt, discovered the remote didn't work. Additionally, the manual adjusters for speed and the timer also did not work. Decided to use it anyway even if it meant me having to crawl under my desk to turn it off & on every day (no big deal). Followed manufacturer's instructions for installation to the letter. I operated it for no more than 5 hours a day. Worked for a few months until today. Turned it on and the heating element flickers but no heat. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Broken out of the box
Item was defective from the get go. Plugged it in and turned the switch to on and it doesn’t work. I was going to return it but instead of a return label to an amazon distribution center I got a label to mail it back to China. Not going to pay money to shop it over seas and hope for a refund someday. In the trash it goes and I’m buying something a little more expensive and I’ll double check the return policy next time.
