I bought this for my gran. I found that the template didn't work for me as I had too many pictures and they were too large so I just placed the pics all in behind the glass. Brilliant gift idea

Amazing product only one fault. I opened it today to put the pictures in as it is a Christmas present, only problem is one of the corners is broken and chipped. Easy fix tho with a bit of wood glue

I have enclosed a photo of the broken tray .This was given to an 86 year old lady to use functionally. She was terribly disappointed to explain that that a crack had developed.....????However, on contacting the supplier they have apologised and refunded the cost of this item .They are original and a great idea ( but need thicker / more substantial glass to be functional

When trying to insert photos the glass broke. I contacted seller with no response.
