Fantastic Product
I really struggled with my under-hand while quilting, as I need to feel the needle coming through from the top, and it hurts. I found a package of these I'd bought years ago and never opened, and when I tried it, it saved my poor fingers! I can "feel" the needle with this thimble adhered to my finger; if you're a quilter you know how important this is. The adhesive dots last for weeks. Even if they don't feel like they're still sticky when you take out your "thimble," just hold it on your finger and pinch it together for a minute or two and you're back in business. Don't change stickers until it really doesn't hold any more. I loved them so much I bought more, and some for my friend whose finger gets sore from pushing her knitting needle tip. She loves it, too!

Perfect!
I have tried so many products for my under hand with no success. This product works PERFECTLY!!!! No more tearing up my thumb hand quilting. I am very grateful I found Ultra Thimble. I have used Thimble Pad for years on my right hand and it works equally well.

It really saves my under-finger
This is a life (finger) saver. It sticks perfectly on my under-finger and lets me make really small stitches when quilting. The adhesives can be used many times and retain their stickieness. One word of caution, if your underfinger is raw from quilting, let it heal before sticking on this flat thimble. It sticks very securely and pulls on the raw skin when you take it off. Once your underfinger is healed, there will be no problem.I recommend this to all who do hand quilting.

Best finger protection, even if it isn't a "thimble"
I have purchased more than 10 products to use as a thimble on my sewing hand for hand piecing (right now I like it on my ring finger, but sometimes it works best on my middle finger) and this is BY FAR my favorite. I apply it so that one edge initially slips under the end of my nail, then I push it hard with my thumb to settle it right where I will need to PUSH for my straight stitching. I have used this to hand piece one of Jinny Beyer's intricate quilts, and now am nearly done with a freeform hexagon quilt using Linda Franz's Inklingo technique that does not use paper because the cutting and stitching lines are printed right on the fabric! ([...]). It takes some patience, and I don't know how the thimble may work for an "under" finger protection when hand quilting. One package has the thimble and 6 stickers, which is where the "6" comes from. One sticky disc lasts throughout many sewing sessions. I love it for what my particular needs are!

Best thimble ever!!!
I like using a thimble for stitching, but they always fall off and I tend to lose them. This one stays put, for 5/6 uses, even if you have it on while washing your hands!

This is a really good product.
I like the size of this little thimble. It is small, fits me great. I like that my finger can breathe when I'm using it, doesn't sweat or become uncomfortable. The only thing I don't like is that if I drop it when I'm quilting, which is rare, but can happen if I am moving material around, since it is so small it is hard to find.

Thimble Pads
I do a lot of hand sewing with Quilt sof Valor and these make sewing on binding or appliqué so much easier and much more comfortable.

Love this type thimble
I have trouble finding thimbles that are comfortable and fit well. They seem to be too tight or way too big. This thin disk is exactly what I needed. Comes with double sided tapes that fit perfectly inside the metal disk. I’ve been able to keep the same tape in for months without my thimble slipping off. It really wants to stay on tight for the first few times it’s worn, not complaining at all. When it’s time though, I’ll change it out for a new tape that’s included.

Perfect for hand quilting
This year I taught myself to hand quilt. I tried a range of thimbles and this one proved perfect for my left hand, under the quilt. It comes with 7 extra sticky pads but they last a long time. I have used them most days for 2 months and am still only on my second They are extremely sticky so stay on your finger well and take some removing but they are totally reusable. The metal thimble is strong and does the job perfectly. They have made such a difference to my quilting and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

sewing finger protector
I struggle with thimbles on any of my fingers, probably because the thimbles are often too big.I've been reviewing a few different thimbles, from metal to plastic and leather to full to partial finger covers, but even the small ones are not really working for me. So spotting these, I have to try them.A piece of dinted metal to stick on a finger with sticky pads I'm hoping will solve my problem.I like what I see so far, but will update my review after a trial run.
