Excellent quality, very pleased
Smaller than a wok - much more practical for cooking smaller amounts. I've been picking up recipes from India cooking on YouTube and was super pleased to find that Amazon carries the same kadai that my favorite Cook is using.

One of the best Pan ( Kadahi ) I have used so far. Great non stick coating - ease of cooking is the best satisfaction.

Perfect for deep frying
Good quality and good enough for normal usage. its non stick but no Teflon coating with a flat bottom which makes it perfect for deep frying. Easily washable.
