This product works so so good! I get such bad headaches a lot! And this is way better than Tylenol and even my old go to Advil! I ordered this one and the pain away original I guess you can say. But this one is way more potent and in 15 to 20 minutes my headache is completely gone! My husband has very bad back pains and he uses he's as well and they helped him immensely! I would recommend these definitely! I and ordering some more as we speak so that I can always have a stock of them! I can pretty much say that all of these companies products are wonderful!

Ok this might sound extremely weird!! But my grandma suffers from horrible pain! My uncle brought her these from his work, she tried just 1 tablet and within a few minutes her pain was relieving!! So I ordered her a box! I suffer from chronic migraines I have tried every over the counter meds you can think of from meds for the head to anything that said they relieve head ache (even if it was a cold med), my doc has switched my meds numerous times!! ( I refuse to take RX pain meds) anyhow I took 2 tablets of these and it actually helped!!!!!! I took 4 and I could actually be productive and not be in my bed in complete darkness and silence (this did NOT completely take my. Migraine away just gave me a massive relief which I will take anything I can get) nothing over the counter has worked this well!!!

I previously tried these tablets before and I have to admit they are great pain relievers. I was very happy as I must say shipping was very fast. However it is described that the box brings 250 Tablets/ 2 Tablets Per Packet, meaning that there should have been 125 packets in each box to make that 250 Tablets total. I decided to count the packets since none of these were sealed and I purchased 3 boxes. Unfortunately I learned that all 3 boxes were incomplete since none of them had a total of 125 packets, which means it is falsely advertising and therefore are not 250 tablets. That was a great disappointment.

There is 3 of us that suffer from some type of migraine headache in our house, and first I ordered the pain away box with just the brand name (does not have the II just the name Pain Away) and it did not work on neither one of us. so I ordered these Pain Away II, and they really work for us. at the place I work they have the name brand ones and I asked the boss if he could order a box for me and he said no because of liability issues. so I looked around and found these at good old Amazon and they work just fine for all three of us. So there you are I hope I help some one out there.

I ordered these because someone gave me a packet to try a couple of days after having arthroscopic knee surgery and this was more effective than the Percocet 10/325mg that my surgeon prescribed. My main issue with pain only a few days after surgery and with physical therapy. The only difference of course was that the Percocet made me sleep along "knocking the edge off" the pain while the Pain Way completely eliminated my pain for hours on end. I'm 6 weeks post op at this point and seldomly have knee pain but I still take a dose about 45 mins before my physical therapy appointments and after extreme overuse of my knee. This also works great for my son's headaches and my husband's back pain. Very effective and I would definitely order again!

This product works so much better than the other OTC Migraine medications. We stock it in our medicine vending machine at work. I would like to ask The Cure, Inc. if it also comes in bottles (instead of 2/pk doses) for use at home.
