Bought these to get the benefits of natual sugar levels regulator, but this is a wonder plant. Literature says they are also a natural booster of immunity and worm expeler. I had a few cramps the first 2 weeks taking one daily, and I did expelled a 10 cm tape worm. I could not belive when I saw it. Took it for 3 months, got a break and going for it again in the 3 pack that it is even cheaper. New alternative studies confirms we have lot's of parasites inside. I find if I take one before bed then my morning fasting blood sugar dips below 4 mmol/L.I take them now with my morning smoothie and my blood sugar rarely peaks above 5 mmol/L despite there being 10 carbs in my smoothie.They definitely help with my blood sugar in conjunction with tumeric and cinnamon supplements so much so I've not taken metformin for a month now.

Sadly only bad side effects for me. Gave me a very upset stomach and I felt no good effect at all… might work for others though.Item did come well packaged and quickly though - great seller.
