My dark wood steps are in a small, dim area and was always hard to distinguish one step from the next, even during the day.I saw someone else’s idea to add wood-grained contact paper to the back, and thought I would try it.A bit of measuring and cutting, installing wasn’t very hard. I love the wood-grain and the color matches my steps. The feel of the paper has a slight texture to it, not real thin, but not too thick either.We are so happy with the results, I keep looking around the house for other things to use this on!

So when I started reading the reviews most said it was thin wall paper and ripped easy, so I took extra caution and I put it up myself never done wallpaper in my life and I’m proud cause it actually came out amazing and I didn’t get one tear the only problem I had was trying to separate the paper from the adhesive side but I still manage to cover the whole room with no tears or any problems why myself… just be really careful when handling and you’ll have amazing results like i did.

I love that look at this wallpaper halfway up my walls. I love the color and it was easy to put up. I’m thinking about getting more to do other rooms in my home and smooth and I like how from a distance it looks so it’s kind of real, to be honest.

I use this for my creative space desktop and it wipes clean easily. Also line my pantry shelves with it and gives it a high end look.

Generous amount for the price. A little thin but easy to work with.

I like the ease of application. Using in my classroom, the rooms are hot/warm (Florida) when school is out, and it stays in place.

It worked okay for the project I used it for, but to call it wallpaper is a stretch. It looks cheap because the pattern repeats too often. Also, it is hard to work with because it is thin. I personally would not be able to work with it on a wall. My project was covering ugly pantry shelves. Since canned goods are going to sit on top, the aesthetics are not so important. I did have one shelf that had wrinkled as I put it on, but no big deal since no one is going to see it. This was basically to save me from painting and waiting for that to dry. We will see if it actually holds up. For shelves or drawers I would probably recommend real Contact Paper, but this is cheap and does okay. For wallpaper, do yourself a favor, save your sanity and use real wallpaper for the easiest application and also for the prettiest presentation.

This was my first time using wallpaper. I used it on the back of a bookshelf where I store books and games (I’m a teacher). It looks great! Install was easy, just make sure to use the grid lines to cut and keep straight. I “eyeball” everything so a few pieces are not level but I was able to easily fix. Seems to hold up well in humidity and heat (the AC is turned off in schools during summer). Buying more to cover other things up in my classroom! Overall great purchase.

Looks really good, And the pattern is easy to play with so the seams or tiny overlapping isn't noticeable. The downside is it is on the thinner side so it's easy to damage if not handled with care. Not as thick as say counter top vinyl. And if your wrapping something like older counters or rougher texture it doesn't like to adhear as well. So newer items or less textured items are better.

It's quite thin so I wouldn't want to use it on a floor, but it looks good, I used it to spruce up an unfinished basement wall and I will buy more.

We purchased this product for the walls of a small basement bathroom and were happy with the result. The paper is quite thin (buy the darker woodgrain if you have anything underneath that you don't want to be seen through) and the backing is very sticky, so it was a little challenging at first, but once we got the hang of it, it went much more quickly and easily. The wood grain design is very forgiving; small overlaps and wrinkles blend in easily. However, large wrinkles can be a big problem once you've smoothed the paper, so you really have to be patient as you line it up at the top of the wall; then smooth it bit by bit as you peel the backing off. It's ideal to have 2 people to put it up. Grid pattern on backing makes cutting/measuring easy. Overall we were pleased with this purchase; we now have a cottage bathroom effect and it's quite pretty. Thinking of using the leftover paper to cover a couple of old cabinets.

For the price I can’t complain much. Some parts had folded seams or wrinkles, likely from defect during manufacturing where they clearly rolled it incorrectly and we couldn’t get the wrinkle out. I suggest you wipe the printed side with something anti-static - it gets static-y and wants to cling to the surface before you have it aligned correctly. It can be repositioned but proceed carefully - if you pull it up too many times, it stretches which leads to never getting it perfect thereafter. Otherwise - we have used in our RV camper on walls, and on the kitchen table where itis holding up fairly well.
