GNC Milestones Teen Multivitamin for Boys 12-17, 120 Caplets, Supports Energy Production and Muscle Function

Bought these for my 14 year old grandson. They are large pills, but he has no trouble swallowing them and he is okay with the taste. He likes them better than the last vitamins he was taking.

Good vitamins. My son doesn't like the big size.

After lots of research, I landed on this product for my 14yo son to try.This supplement is excellent, considering everything it includes that most other Multivitamins/Gummies do not.Such as; the different berry powders and extracts included are wonderful! (Cranberry Extract, Apple Fruit Extract, Blueberry Berry Powder, Flax and, many other beneficial additions!)Although these are NOT gummies, I'm grateful that my son is able to swallow these. He said they tasted a bit like ginger and left a slight aftertaste but nothing bad or, anything that would keep him from taking it.The quality is fantastic and the bottle is sturdy.I am very happy to have found a Multivitamin that will benefit my sons health and help close the gap with any vitamins and nutrients he isn't getting with his food intake, for whatever reason.I highly recommend and my son said he would recommend it as well![I plan to update my review after he is on them for a few full months!]

Son’s hemoglobin recently dropped a bit. Not at the level of anemia but still not in the ideal range. ED provider recommended we start a multi vitamin with iron. I reviewed many options but ultimately decided on GMC as my son has multiple allergies and GMC was free of them all. They arrived the same day!I was slightly concerned initially by the size. The pills are pretty large and the serving size is 2 pills, but my son says they are easy to swallow. He also says they have a pretty good taste surprisingly.He’s been taking them for about a month and he has expressed that he feels more energized and has not had any more dizzy spells (this is how we discovered the low iron initially). We will definitely order more when then time comes.

Great supplement for teenagers

Switching from Kids one daily to Teen vitamins since my son is turning 12 soon. I am not pleased with how large the Teen vitamin is - luckily we have a pill cutter so I’ll be cutting all of these in half so he can swallow them. Not sure if I’ll be buying these again just based on the size. My son already has sensory/food issues so the GNC vitamin is less than ideal just based on size alone. He never had any issues swallowing with the Kids one daily so I’ll be searching for a different vitamin :-/

My son is 13 and I’ve tried several vitamins, and he always hated the chewable kind, this is the first one he’s taken without arguing with me, and he’s a picky picky picky eater so he needs a supplement, I’ve noticed him sleeping better, his purple under eyes have diminished and I feel better knowing he’s getting the vitamins he’s needing! Only complaint he has had, was they have a funny taste if he doesn’t swallow them quick enough, overall 10/10 would recommend and worth the money!
