I have tried many brands of honey and I keep going back to YS raw unprocessed unpasteurized. Why? Its spoonable rather than pourable, the flavor is minimal providing the sweetness but not the odd taste of some honeys, it doesn't have the odd odor of some honeys, and the container is glass rather than plastic.

I have never consumed a lot of honey in my lifetime, and I'm 53 years old. Over the last few years, Im moving away from refined sugars. I'm using Pure Via at the moment, and while its the closest taste to the real thing, it still has an after taste. I decided to really go natural, and after reading all the positive reviews from hundreds of reviewers, I took a chance and ordered the 2 pound jar ( I'm an all or nothing kind of man)I have tasted processed honey, and the taste was good. When I used to think of raw honey, I imagined unfiltered honey with bee parts in it. Thats the only thing that kept me from trying it "in the raw". I put on my big boy britches, and when my honey arrived ( very well packaged) I tasted only the top layer which was a light white layer of what I assume was separation due to the cooler temperatures.Absolutely delicious. I wanted to eat it straight from the jar. The taste of this honey was robust. It wasn't overpowering. It was rich in taste and texture. Raw honey is incredibly satisfying. Processed honey is okay. This raw honey is spectacular. Im using this to sweeten my hot and cold tea. You wont have any regrets with this purchase. It's worth every penny. No more refined sugars for me.

We have been purchasing this honey for quite some time and have always enjoyed the natural flavor. The honey is thick and not easily used as spread unless you warm the product. We use the honey for coffee, tea, cooking and baking.

The product tastes and looks as natural as the honey I recall my grandma was purchasing in her little town. It’s not the washed out honey you get from the bear-looking bottles of honey: this honey behaves like honey in the sense that naturally solidifies on the surface and its consistency matches what you would expect from natural honey. It’s worth supporting farmers (like those producing this honey) who still provide natural products to consumers, they are the safe keepers of the secrets that must live on through future generations.

I took a chance because I really like this honey but it came broken with little shards of glass and I won’t consume this for those reasons. No return policy either.

I've ordered this honey at least a dozen times. It's off-the-chart amazing. 5 stars. However, when ordering three you can be sure that at least one (if not two, or all three) will come broken. Imagine opening a heavy package full of honey only to find under the packaging and tape there are huge shards of glass ready to cut your fingers.I don't know how this company stays in business. They're profit margin must be so high that they don't care about 1/2 the orders being refunded due to broken bottles. Again, GREAT honey (the best, in fact), but they need to get their shipping act together before somebody gets seriously hurt.
