The product is fine but I'm not pleased with the return process
This was not compatible with my system. I returned it and my account reflects that a credit was issued. However, the credit has never shown up in either future purchases on my credit card. And I've been unable to determine why. The product is fine but I'm not pleased with the return process, at least not for this purchase.

Excellent replacement cable for the Bose OC3. Provides plenty of extra length for freedom of movement.

Does the job.
Although it does the job, this cable is extremely thin. I get the impression that if I'm not very careful with it, it will not work for long.

Good 3.5mm cable
This cable gets the job done. Carries your sound 20ft. longer without any drop in volume or quality that I've noticed. Mind, I'm not using audiophile-grade headphones, but as far as my headphones go, the audio sounded just the same through the extension cable as it did without. The cable's on the thin side, but as long as you're not setting anything heavy or sharp on top of it, I don't see that being a huge problem.I think it's worth noting that, despite all the Bose-specific product mentions, this has standard 3.5mm male and female headphone ends that should work with any headphones or other audio devices which have 3.5mm connectors. The cable works perfectly fine with my Sony headphones and stereo.

to my disappointment, it only provided monaural not stereo sound
I purchased t6his extension cable to use with a new Samsung TV and a set of Bose headphone (not noise canceling). However, to my disappointment, it only provided monaural not stereo sound.

Poor quality materials
?Really Bose? Poor quality materials. Cord skinny, tangles easily. Plug does not fit well into jacks. Less sound volume than other 20' audio extension cables I use.

Just what I needed
Purchased this to go with my Bose Q25 Christmas gift. I felt restrained by the existing cable length, So far this audio extension cable works perfectly with no noticeable distortion in sound quality or volume. They are almost ridiculously long but now I can move about my home office freely, the next best thing to blue tooth headphones which Bose does not provide in the Q25. The cable also works with other earbuds and a set of Harmon/Kardon headphones. Good price, quick delivery and good quality. I recommend.
