Great taste and travels well. This is my go to item for both a quick snack and to travel with. They hold up well in all the temperatures I travel in, from Texas heat to the cold hikes I take.

Good protein snack, crunchy-nuts. Dark chocolate. Low sodium, no genetically engineered ingredients. High in fiber,no sugar alcohols,5g sugar, 6g protein. Good satisfaction. Filling inbtwn meals. Sticky if you get it wet.

Absolutely delicious with the right kind of crunch. The only drawback is the price in my local store. I can get it for $7.99
