Surprising how good this is!
Thought it wouldn't be a good one, but surprised me! It functions exactly as it should and such a good value for the money. The seal is tight and the cap quality is great at high pressure.

Worth the extra money for AC Delco
I first purchased a Gates radiator cap instead of this one. The Gates leaked. It was not well made and they cheaped out on the rubber under the cap. The Gates didn't have any. This cap has some good thick rubber under the cap. It doesn't leak. You can feel when you put it on that it's extra tight

Vehicle: 1995 GMC Sierra 5.7 LMy original cap had worn out so when I had the water pump and radiator replaced I decided to replace the cap. The local parts stores only sell a 16 lb cap for this model vehicle. For some reason the antifreeze stayed really hot to the point that the truck could sit parked for two hours and it still wanted to spew out if I opened the cap. My old cap was unreadable to see what pressure it is so I researched caps and found that the factory cap is supposed to be 15 lb. This is the original 15 lb cap and works great. Never had any problems since I bought it. Highly recommend.
