How many pair in a package? I've seen answers ranging from 1-6 and description isn't very helpful.

i've never seen this particular sock from Darned Tough in anything but single pair per package

If I go hiking in these, should I wear liner socks with them or will they be fine by themselves?

I've been hiking in these socks in the Wisconsin parks - a mix of terrains - since late last fall, typically 1-2 times a week, about 10-15 miles. I've not felt any need to wear liner socks. I'm wearing mid-weight boot socks - haven't had the opportunity to wear the light weight socks, but suspect they'll perform equally as well.

ok I bought a 20.00 pr of socks how do I use the warranty a year later when they get bad with no regrstration availiable?

Can you wear these with water sandals

If you choose to you can. But just like any other sock the moment they get water on them they will be wet and soggy. They are not waterproof.

Great socks

Possibly the best socks ever

These were recommended to me by a coworker who swears by them and, yeah, they are VERY well made! They're super comfortable and have nice cushioning on the bottom. They're not cheap but they're made in Vermont and the quality is worth the price.

Best socks out there.

Bought three pair for a hiking / camping trip. Very comfortable and kept my feet regulated heat-wise very well. Also very comfortable and cushioning. Worth every penny.

Great Hiking Socks

The socks fit great, I'm a shoe size 9.5 and I ordered a medium like the chart specified.I've worn them twice on 7-mile hikes and there was no bunching, they are the most comfortable hiking socks I own! I will be buying more.

Longest lasting socks ever!

Expensive but practically indestructible. I've had Darn Tough socks that are going on 6 years, with weekly use, and i still haven't worn through a toe or heel (the usual failure points for me). I bought them because of the life-time warranty. I have yet to need to use it. I now have like 5 or 6 pair.
