Dr. Hans Nieper Calcium Orotate Capsules, 100 Count

Calcium orotate - I have been taken these Calcium Orotate for almost a year. My doctor gave me a hip type scan & wanted to see if there was any changes in 3 months. That's when I searched the different types Calcium & chose this Calcium Orotate. So glad i did. within 3 months the doctor had not ore 'wonder' So I am been taking ever since. Daily - 3 capsules - take during or after the 3 usual meals. or just grab some food. Easy to swallow.

Yes, this is very effective calcium, as in my review below, but we are now using another brand which costs less and seems to do just as good a job for us. You can find that review in my profile list of all lmy reviews.This calcium orotate is so well absorbed by the body that I do not recommend using it unless you don't mind cutting your nails more often. (grin)This is the most effective form of calcium I've ever tried. It was recommended by the naturopathic practitioner I go to. With an aging body, my old bones need serious calcium support. Being old means we simply cannot eat the amount of high calcium food we need and that is why we supplement. We also take the vitamins that are necessary for the body to absorb and properly use the calcium.A few months ago I had a nasty fall - flat over onto my side. The only damage was a small crack toward the end of my humerus bone. At my age a lot of people would have wound up with a serious break, possibly requiring surgery. Of course it was intensely painful, but wearing a light weight sling for a few weeks was all I needed for complete healing. YES.....I do give credit to this calcium.

Two things make this the best calcium for me , 1) it is orotate, very fine, 2) it is balanced with magnesium, instead of just supplying calcium

NCI Advanced Research Dr. Hans Nieper's Calcium Orotate is an excellent product. For any one with a sensitive stomach like myself it is truly a wonderful form of calcium, very absorbable. I would not try any other brand, I am staying with this one.

This was my first order but reading about the different calcium options this seemed to be the best. I have been using calcium tablets for years but feared calcium build up in the muscles. After reading about the orotate I started using calcium again. However this is a tablet that may take many months of using to see a difference and I'm not sure how I would understand that. Not all supplements give instant help. I will continue to order this product and it is easy to use, breaks easily to take.

This product is very good for absorbing calcium into the body more so than regular calcium (citrate) I've found. I take it and my cramps go away, and also my body feels very relaxed. Usually normal calcium doesn't do that.Worth a try, for sure!

These calcium pills are great. They are potent. They work best after taking a magnesium orotate with a meal, and 4-5 hours later, before bedtime, take 2-4 calcium. Drink lots of water. That's what I do. Everyone is different though. This helps me not grind my teeth. I like that they put an expiration date on them. This makes me feel more comfortable.

I think my body is taking up more calcium. If your hair growing more is an indicator then it is. However, it is also pricier than some of the other calciums. We'll know more in about a year, after my next bone density scan.
