Most similar arm bike to professional one used during cardiac rehab and at a relatively low price
Loved my arm bike practice during cardiac rehab. But, when I looked to buy one so that I could continue at home, the professional ones were way out of my price range (around $5,000). I waited awhile and then during COVID, after an auto accident, I decided that I really needed one and started to look again. This company makes quality rehabilitative and exercise equipment. What I purchased is a professional grade product. We added on/paid for assembly and the person said that it was easy to put together. It's actually an arm bike and recumbent bike. You can use both at the same time which is quite challenging. Or, keep your feel away from the pedals if you just want to use the arm bike and vice-versa. A relatively bargain of a price for professional quality. Couldn't be happy!

It's a keeper
It's well made, and relatively simple to assemble. The ergonomics are nice, and it's relatively compact. It feels solid, and the motion is smooth. But the programs could be better. If any of the five programs were as good as the one my 30 year-old Lifecycle had, this would be a five-star review. That old unit let you know graphically where you are in the program, and had a blinking light when you went below a certain RPM that was great for keeping me on pace.

Great Exercise!
Having used this for only a few weeks, I can still say this is a great quality exercise bike. I had therapy for a shoulder injury a couple years ago and this bike (especially the upper body ergometer) seems as high quality as the one they had me warm up on at the physical therapy clinic. It does require assembly, but everything was included and assembly went smoothly. The only glitch was that one of the hubs for the hand cranks was installed upside down at the factory so the hand pedals would have been in the wrong position, but I pulled it with a gear puller and flipped it and after that, everything went together well. So far, I am not using the set programs, but I think they will be useful once I have my endurance built up. Mechanically, it is very smooth. I'm sure there are great bikes out there that are less expensive, but since the UBE was a must-have for me, I am very pleased with this unit.

Could not be assembled
The cycle could not be assembled as received; a technician was required and had to use power tools to make adjustments or else the unit could not be assembled. It has now been assembled but cannot be used because the unit came without an electrical connector. This must be ordered from the company. So far, we cannot recommend the purchase of this equipment. However, this review could be modified once the proper electrical cord is received. We cannot comment on how the cycle works.

Not for short people
The bike is comfortable and easy to assemble. The only problem I have is that it’s not for someone short because of the distance from the chair to pedals.

The cycle is very smooth, just cannot remove the awful noise it makes going in reverse. The repairman came twice and it still isn't repaired. This cycle is for my physical therapy and it means an awful lot to me. Oiling it did not help, so what is next?

Best at any price
I've owned mine for about two years. Before buying it I looked at several costing as much as twice the price and they didn't come close. It has good functionality, is well built and is decent looking. It has one annoyance that it's belt makes a "creeking" noise...I'd hope the manufacturer would fix that. Anyone else have that problem or know of a fix?
