First I bought this item on my own experience as there were no reviews earlier. the manual food processor even thou chops onion and cucumber finely the base keeps moving, so I have to keep in position such a way the other side needs a support of a wall. the slicing blade is really sharp and slices it really thin which I like in it. I haven't used the other blade so farproschops onions, cucumber finelyas it is manual u can stop to check for finenesseasy to cleanconsdoesn't chop tomatoes instead mushes thembase keeps moving while in processinghard to store everything together.needs prep work like cutting the vegetables before adding to the processorneeds a little elbow grease who am i kidding thats y its called manual.

The blades are really sharp so slicing and chopping veggies is a snap. It slices and juliennes, but there is no grater so I'm not sure how it is supposed to grate cheese. This is good for preparing salads when I have extra time and want things to look a little more fancy, but it's not at all a time saver. Pros: sharp blades, price, novelty value. Cons: no instructions, not dishwasher safe, doesn't seem to have the attachments to do what it advertises.

I can't believe there is something worth using for any length of time if the box feels almost empty ! And thre are more than a half dozen items in there?No thanks I'll keep looking and give this at a white elephant event, sorry.

Does the job fairly well, but not without me having to hold the lid down in place as hard as I can when in use. Makes using it kind of uncomfortable. If you have arthritis or little to no upper body strength, this is probably not for you. Wish there was a way of locking the lid on. Probably will buy an electric one after this one hits the dust.
