The design works.
Essentially it's all about the brilliant design. It makes the daily cat litter clean up experience much easier. Nothing extra ordinary in the quality of the plastic in itself, doesn't instil confidence. Another point to consider is the price in India is pretty expensive. The refills are overpriced and you should stay away, instead, use regular large size trash bags once the provided 1 refill is over.
