I’m so glad I found these! I’ve used them several times now for menstrual cramps and they work amazingly well. They stick securely to the inside of your underwear and stay in place without peeling off or shifting.The heat lasts for about 6 hours, providing steady, soothing relief. It's the perfect amount of warmth — not too hot, but definitely strong enough to ease cramps and lower back pain. Just make sure to follow the directions on the box for best results! Highly recommend keeping a box of these on hand if you struggle with period pain.

These worked amazing! I’ve bought 2 packs thus far, and about to buy my 3rd. They heat up very hot and minimized my cramp pain significantly!! I’ve tried other brands and they suck! These stick very well to clothing. DO NOT PUT ON BARE SKIN. If you’ve gotten injured from these it’s cause you put them on your bare skin and not over clothing.

These do their job. And do it well. Heat up very warm and helps drastically here are some pros and cons:PROS:-Actually Works For Harsh Cramps- Stays Heated For Hours- Very Large To Fit All Of StomachCONS:- adhesive isnt as good as other brands- tends to unstick in small places( overall I was very pleased with the product. This is honest opinion. No i did not get a free item. )

these are stronger than other brands and get warm fast and for a long time. Just a little more bulky.

They suggest putting the adhesive side towards your body on top of underwear for more intense heat or for less intense heat put it inside your underwear facing outwards. Each pad is supposed to last 8-10 hours. Mine are at 12 hours and still producing heat. The heat is hot enough to feel a difference through the layer of underwear as they suggested (don’t apply directly to your skin). I wore mine all night and half the morning with significant relief in my lower back. Sometimes I would move it to the front for my lower abdomen cramps, and then put it back a few times. The adhesive remained strong throughout all the changes. The width and length is big enough to reach both sides of my hips comfortably and also covers enough area on my front to relieve the outer edges as well. Will definitely be stocking up on these!

These heat pads have been wonderful find for my bad menstrual cramps. I don’t have to take ibuprofen or any other pain reliever or other medication anymore which is good for my stomach. I can make it through my day with almost no pain. They are nice and discreet. I wear them under my clothes at school and no one even knows that I am using the heating patches. They provide more than 8 hours of relief from cramp pain. I use the reusable microwavable heating pad at night and wear these hot packs at school during the day. They definitely do what they claim too and have made my life easier.

These were just 'okay' for me. I have previously used the ThermaCare menstrual heating pads and these unfortunately did not match up.1. They're more expensive, double the cost of what I would normally pay for 3 pads.2. They're not as thin and lightweight as the ThermaCare ones. I definitely knew I was wearing these. Kind of heavy.3. They do not get as hot. Sometimes I felt like it wasn't warm at all.All in all, it was an okay purchase since my stores did not have the ThermaCare ones when I needed them. But I'm not sure I would buy them again. I'll just be sure to stock up on the ThermaCare ones so I don't have to buy these.

Since I was a teenager, my period cramps have had me throwing up, laying down, and crying. I had to leave school several times in high school and miss classes in college until I went on birth control. Now that we are trying to have children, I am off birth control and have been terrified that I will have to stay home from work due to inability to function from my periods each month. I had this on today and made it through the whole work day with my period starting! I took pain killers as well as my cramps get pretty extreme, but I was very pleased that I have found a way to tame my monster cramps using this product!
