Great product.Fit just like the OEM part.

Installed this on my 2009 VW Beetle. Took a while to get old one off trying not to crack it just in case this didn't fit. Oh well it cracked. Read a review later for a different brand and the guy suggested a paint can opener to remove it. I can see that working well . Other than that just clean and snap on the new one. Make sure it snaps in place on all clips. It takes some even pressure to do this. Just remember your dealing with plastic and things can break. Don't beat on it. I have a 2013 2.5l VW Beetle. It says it will fit and has the same part number; however the plastic peace doesn’t line up with the same clip locations. I sure am lucky the old one came off in one piece since the new one wouldn’t clip on.

this worked for me , but if i was going to do it again i would buy the whole oil separator unit. 2 Allen bolts instead of fighting with this part inside warped plastic.quality is fine, mine worked after an extreme amount of aggravation.just buy the whole unit.

Fits fine and works great.

The diaphragm seems to work if you use the original spring. The included spring is about 1/2" too short. It causes an unearthly whistle sound if you use the included spring. I had to disassemble and reuse the original spring, from the car, and then there was no more whistle sound. If you were to sell this diaphragm without a spring, and force people to use original spring, it might be better. Or send the correct spring with it. That would be helpful also.

This is far b tree than the crappy they sell at the auto parts chain stores
