My fiancé wears a medium and that’s what I have purchased when buying a thong for him from any shop on Amazon so far, except one. That one was from China and it had a sizing chart that clearly showed a 32” waist as X-large for them. From this shop I bought a medium and it fit him perfectly. Yes, I believe they are here in the USA.
