I've smoked for 30 years. I started the prescription Chantix, using these aromatherapy inhalers has been critical in my quiting journey. This product is easy to use and take with me, like that since never know when the urge to smoke will happen. I have used it for one day and although I am still smoking it is much less than when I didn’t use it. Am hoping over time will be able to stop smoking completely.Would recommend this for anyone who seriously wants to eliminate tobacco products from their life.

OK, so my husband said he wanted me to stop smoking and try these I did first of all I don’t know what is doing which is doing nothing and it has this lingering type of smell and taste in your mouth. Would I bite it again no and it’s a waste of money.

I’ve been a smoker for about 15 years. I purchased these to try to help me quit anytime. I got the urge to smoke. I would sniff one of these things and it would take that urge away. I’ve stopped smoking ever since I got these.

This did nothing to stop any nicotine cravings. It smells very similar to vaporub which is about as far from the flavor of cigarettes or vaping that I can think of and does nothing to stop me from wanting to smoke. I can see this possibly helping someone who is using nicotine replacement therapy like the patch or gum since it would give them a distraction a few times a day but there are probably healthier alternative that do the same thing. Unfortunately, this isn't the magic solution you are looking for and you should look into something else to quit smoking.
