Bedrail for help and safety
This is a good bedrail for assisting in getting in and out of bed. It doesn't keep a person in bed but works as intended. It's sturdy and it could have clearer instructions for putting together but if you keep the picture included it helps.

Fits low mattresses
This is a very sturdy bed rail. Most importantly it fits low mattresses. My Dad's box spring is about 15 inches from the floor and this fits perfectly. It looks like it will lower to about 12 inches. The handle rises about 5 inches above the mattress. It is very solid and will even hold me easily at about 250 lbs. It lets my Dad get in and out of bed easily and there is no danger of the handle moving like using a walker would do. With the legs resting on the floor and the brace going about 30 inches under the mattress this will not move. There is minor movement at the adjustable joints but that has not been a problem. The fit and finish is very good with good welds on the braces and a nice smooth paint finish. Everything was in the box like it should be.It is low priced and as a bonus it arrived about 18 hours after ordering. It was assembled in under 10 minutes and in use a few minutes later.

Working well!
Purchased for a stroke victim with little function in one arm. Installed on a full size bed over a hardwood floor. Product provides a stable and secure grip to assist with getting in and out of bed. The directions for assembly are a little wacky, but they can be figured out. Highly recommended bed rail!

Great rail
So happy I decided to purchase this bed rail! I had some surgery & getting in & out of bed was a challenge. My Physical Therapist recommended a bed rail with legs on the floor to help & I can’t begin to describe the difference it’s made. It’s almost easy to just roll over and push myself upright now. Assembly was a breeze, I have no complaints. I’m a plus size girl & I find it to be very sturdy, it has never made me feel unsafe. I might even keep it in place one I have fully recovered!

Add Some Extra Protection
I bought 2 of these to place on both sides of the bed for my elderly father. To add extra security, I used super strong long zip ties to connect the two units together underneath the mattress. While I found the units to be very sturdy (I put my whole 210-lb. body weight on and against them), there is some movement at the assembled joints which concerned him enough that he wouldn't use them. If anyone else is in a similar situation and to add reassurance, I'd suggest wrapping strong tape (maybe a self-sealing pipe wrap) around the joints before asking your elder to try it.

Highly recommend for senior citizens.
Easy to assemble and very stable. It has already helped my mother feel more independent with a firm hand-hold railing allowing her to move around.

Rest easy
This is very sturdy and easy to put together. It really helps my dad get out of bed because it is such a stable grab bar. He won’t accidentally call or if bed in the one side where we put it, because we could position it exactly where we needed it. The suction feet really stick well to the faux wood laminate flooring. This works exactly how we hoped it would.

Used with Adjustable bed frame
Purchased this for my mother who just had hip surgery. She has an adjustable bed and I knew it would be an issue but I decided to try it anyway. I placed the rail as close to the head board as possible and when bed is flat its perfect. We've adjusted the bed up almost all the way and it basically just snaps off from the bottom but the rail is stuck enough under the mattress that it still works. I'm able to get her out of bed and readjust the rail when we reset the bed flat. It works, and has helped her tremendously.
