Seems like good stuff. Tastes like vitamin c powder should, looks right, dissolved well or at least the same as other vitamin c powders I have purchased. I wish there was a way to know for sure what the lab results are, most do not have that info.

A+. My family had been getting sick regularly, so I started them on a Vitamin C protocol. This involves giving a dose of Vit C every 15 mins until bowel tolerance. I needed ascorbic acid/vit c in powder form for best absorption. This worked WONDERS. It cut our colds in half and boosted our immune systems.Yes, it is sour. For adults, mix in a bit of juice and take it as a shot. My 2 yr old takes it mixed in honey. Honestly at her age she likes sour, so she will take a 1/8 tsp and lick it as a treat.

Sometimes there is a little yellow tint on the steps and this removes it immediately. I also dispersed it throughout the pool.

I loved that it was just pure Vitamin C without anything added to try and hide the tartness. Saying that, I found that it would not dissolve well in room temperature/cold water much which is a bit of a negative but nothing that would derail me from still using it at all. It did dissolve extremely well in hot tea but the few times I had it with colder water and some Apple Cider Vinegar it wouldn't but I was still able to drink it fine.I look forward to making this a part of my daily intake now.

Overall, the product was good!I never had that much Vitamin C powder in one place, as I usually get them in tablet form or 1 gram packet. It was nice to see just Ascorbic Acid in the ingredients list and no other anti-caking agents or fillers (even if they aren't that toxic), if I can believe their statements.It tasted sour and a little bitter which is exactly what I wanted, and I highly recommend it! I do wish that I could ensure it was pure and be certified either reagent, lab, or technical grade, but this is not to be expected with ordinary supplements. Also, I've gotta say, the new package looks more appetizing, though!BIG ORANGE ENERGYThough, it would be great if it included a tiny spoon or scooper so it would be easier to take the right amount and not accidentally overdose (Though it is water-soluble, so it doesn't bioaccumulate. which is epic).In short, I recommend the product and will buy it again, if I need to.

So, I used this for stripping hair... and it worked! This was the summer of hair experiments since I had nothing better to do in quarantine here in California and saw that Vitamin C powder naturally strips color from hair (with a clarifying shampoo). I tried it (made a paste, put it all over my hair, used a shower cap, and left it on for about an hour) and it helped to get a teal blue/green color out of my hair. This allowed me to strip it without having to use bleach more than I wanted to. Overall, I'm pleased with the price for what I got and what I needed it for.

I bought this product planning to add it to my morning smoothie and it works perfect. I was a little worried at first when I opened the package because it seems a little grainy, but it mixes so well that I have added it to just water and I don't notice it is in the water, other than my water now having a mild citrus flavor. Great product at a great price!
