I liked the cover plate & other parts that were necessary to mount it to the double electrical box. It would be better if you didn't have to include the 2 outlets & the double box. Those could be purchased at any hardware store. I needed shallower boxes, so had to purchase those as well & now I have an extra set of boxes.

Easy to install and a nice deep box for keeping slack.

Good design and build.

The cover openings are rounded for power, but the data side under the cover is rectangular, causing the cover to be raised. Other than cosmetics, it is pretty good. I would have purchased a different product if I had known about it not being designed for the data+power fully.

I used this one for the single gang, and it applies to this one too...No idea why somebody will give less than 5 stars to this product. Sturdy, secure, reliable; I'm using it in my patio in an extended concrete floor. Already been thru more than one rainstorm with devices connected to it, so no idea why somebody will give less than 5 stars to this.

The product looks good out of the box, and wasn't that difficult to install, if you have a router and patience (box flanges must sit at least 3/8" below floor surface). As a few others have mentioned, the biggest problem comes on final assembly - the plate screws are tough to line up with the box, and are generally hard to screw in. Also, the screws are soft brass and slotted/flathead. When tightening them, parts of the heads tend to sheer off and fall into the outlets (short risk), and I had my final screw head break off on the last 1/8" of tightening. Now I have to find a replacement screw, and these have sort of an odd head shape. Will not find a match at the big box hardware store, so I'll probably have to replace all of them. Finally, the plate itself is also very soft brass and scratches easily. Although this is a decent box, I think there are probably better options out there.

The box, support plate, and main brass plate are heavy gauge materials. I have no regrets paying more for a high quality item like this. I like the flip covers instead of the screw out holes. The single swivel lock works great. Installation was easy if you're handy.

Only suggestion I could make for improvement is that the four individual outlet covers be spring loaded rather than requiring a coin or slot screwdriver to open.
