After purchasing another jar opener and discovering that I could not use it with my disability, I ordered this one. My neighbor installed it for me - easy to do - and it works perfectly. I am a senior and I have been struggling with opening lids off glass jars, water bottles, and plastic jars...often times spilling contents onto counter as I wrestle to get leverage with my hand held adaptive jar opener....This one is a game changer, hardly takes any strength to easily open jars, I couldnt believe what a difference it made for me.... I installed it underneath my cabinet. Since there is a piece of trim around the cabinet you can't see it unless you are looking for it!...........and made in America!! Works so well that I also bought one for my elderly mother. No more fighting with stick on lids, jars that are too big or too small to get a good grip, or child safety caps on medicines. Now, if it could only open a package of batteries we’d really have something….
