I chose the Dr. Frederick's, and I've been using it daily for more than two months. The pain in my foot continued unchanged for a bit, but gradually began to decline. The constant callous-corn cycle paused, and then started reversing (with a little encouragement from me). But best of all, the pad seems to be helping the cause of the bunion: unstable metatarsal bones in my left foot, the hangover from a torn ligament about four decades ago. I have less pain in the foot and more stamina, so I can stand longer and walk farther. I consider this almost miraculous, though I can't say that it will be so for all. The pad is easy to position and it stays in place under my sock. It's also quite easy to clean.

Will not stay in place. Exceptionally flimsy. Definitely not worth the cost. Needless to say VERY disappointed.

Works well but would be better if it stayed right where you put it. If it hooked around two end toes it would likely stay put better.

The bunion pad provided noticeable relief from pain and pressure while walking, especially during long days on my feet. It cushioned the affected area well and made shoes more comfortable to wear. However, the pads do tend to shift around during use, so I'd recommending buying a foot bandage/band or securing it with a fabric bandage to keep it in place. With a little extra effort, it definitely helped manage discomfort effectively!

The soft gel pad was very comfortable but. No way to stableize on foot so could not secure. If that were solved, would be very good.

The Tailor's Bunion thing is new to me. I liked the feel of these. I liked the ease of them. I put one on and it flipped round the side of my foot instead of hug it, and i realized it would require more effort on my part. i had to wear tight socks to keep it in place, and then check to see if it remained in place throughout my day or my change of shoes. after a long day of wear it was as if i had nothing there, and i would check, and it was, but i assume the comfort only lasts so long.I came to the conclusion my foot is smarter than me, and I will need to have my podiatrist check my foot for a real problem, and a potential of surgery. And perhaps if surgery is needed, and I need some extra support in that area of my foot afterwards, these pads will again come in handy.

Wish I had known about this years ago. It can be a little tricky to put your sock over it the first couple of times, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. Allows me to wear my favorite shoes again without pain.
