We had a similar heater and binned it because we couldn't get it to work but I then realised there is a. Button underneath the heater,which needs to be pressed so if it's on carpet this doesn't work, I've now taped the button and unplug the heater each time, it works a treat thankyou

I actually wrote a 5 star review at first a few days after receiving it but now I’ve had it for just over a month I have changed my review. Of the 3 heat lamps 2 have now burnt out. I didn’t use it much. It’s just when I pressed the on switch there would be a flash of light and bulb out! Now only one weak light left and I am certain that too will burn out soon and I’ll have to throw it away. Had the same style heater different brand before this for 4 years and no problems until the last few weeks. But even then it was working 60%. Just avoid this brand if you’re after this kind of heater. Very poor quality.

I am pleased with .t heater it's for my camper van . I tried it out the other night and the camper was lovely and warm in no time. Safety wise it's great. If you knock it over it cuts out so no chance of a fire.

I bought this in March 2023 and it worked perfectly for nearly two years. Two of the bulbs stopped working at short interval of each other and I have tried to replace them with the replacement bulbs supplied by the manufacturer. I opened the side panels then tried to remove unclip the wires but they wouldn't come off. I used a sharp tool to push the edges out of one of the clips and managed to move the black covering away from the clip. This way I could see that the clip which they say could be unclipped was in fact very tightly clipped on the metal edge of the bulb and was impossible to remove. I realise the bulbs cannot be replaced so I believe the product description is misleading. They should say the truth so people can make an informed decision. My fingers hurt from trying to remove the wire clippings with no success.16/03/25 I managed to change both bulbs by doing some research. The crimp spade terminal attached to the bulb can be removed by pushing a nail into the hole in the middle of the terminal and pushing it out. Job done, though it took a while to find out how to do it, but I am happy that my heater is working perfectly now so I added another star.
