You only drinking water without filling the taste of the cinnamon. I won't recommend it to anyone to buy it!!!

I’m sure i understand the reviews about the lack of flavor as it pertains to cinnamon. This tea is flavorful, pleasant and steeps quickly. No need to add sugar and a bit of honey goes a long way. Definitely give it a try. Also helps if you follow the directions and squeeze the bag as recommended. Enjoy

Goût doux et très agréable, déjà renouvelé ma commande de ce fait.
Je teste au long cours pour équilibrer un peu mieux mon diabète 2, mais pour le moment ça a plutôt l’air de bien fonctionner pour éviter des pics
